| Résumé : | As the aunt of young Clara whose name she carries dies, the unhappy widower Luigi transfers his love to the girl. Clara grows up in the consciousness that she has taken over the role of a replacement. Own personality remains refused to her. The family accepts silently this cult of the dead apparently willed by God. Clara carries dresses and jewellery of the aunt, reads her diaries and completely rises in her world. Then dies Luigi, and Clara stands before Nothing. |
